Vipers Alumni Stapley Considered Prospect That Could Potentially Graduate To NHL:

Montreal Canadiens development coach Rob Ramage said former Vernon Vipers

forward & Montreal Canadiens draft pick Brett Stapley is one prospect flying under the radar and a player he thinks could potentially graduate to the NHL one day.

Stapley attended the Montreal Canadiens development camp in June 2020. Stapley was drafted 190th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in round 7 of the 2018 NHL draft.

Stapley played three years in Vernon (2015-2018) In 153 games with the Vipers, Stapley collected (47-goals-74-assists-121-points).
