Michael Zalewski ergänzt Haie-Kader | Kölner Haie
The Kolner Haie (Cologne Sharks) are an ice hockey club based in Cologne, Germany that plays in the professional Deutsche Eishockey League.
Zalewski returns to the Sharks after spending the 2018-19 season in Cologe. Zalewski played last year in Austria with the Vienna Capitals. In 46 games last season with the Capitals, Zalewski collected (15-goals-18-assists-33-points).
Zalewski played two years at RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Insttitue) before signing his first professional contract with the Vancouver Canucks March 17th 2014. Zalewski made his NHL debut April 12th 2014 in a 5-2 loss to the Edmonton Oilers. Zalewski played three seasons in the NHL with the Canucks & American Hockey League Utica Comets before heading to Germany in 2017.
Zalewski played two seasons in Vernon (2010-2012) In 106 games with the Vipers, Zalewski collected (50-goals-54-assists-104-points).
