the Langley Rivermen.

Valk was in his second season with the Smoke Eaters. In 19 games this season, Valk had (1-goal-2-assists-3-points).

Valk attended the Vernon Vipers training camp in 2017 was released. Valk played the 2017-18 season with the Chilliwack Chiefs before being traded to Trail November 13th 2020.
