And still another player committed for the 2022-23 season. Could some hockey whiz please explain “what commits a player” or does this just indicate they have agreed to attend training camp? When are cards available for next season? My understanding is that these players rights are not truly “owned” by Vernon until they have signed the applicable card which are not available yet. Is this correct? It would be appreciated if someone could clarify “committing” & “signing”, etc. Thanks
Another committed player that has some size and sounds like he can produce points wise. He's a young 17 yr old that hopefully can help the Vipers next season.
The Vipers have made several new player announcements this fall/winter, something that is normally done over the summer and or closer to training camp.
With seventeen players returning from last season to start the 2021-22 season, it's been a major dissapointment regarding the Vipers play and record this year. Several of those returning players have been traded or released. Let's hope the team does a much better job of recruiting for next season.

As long as Jack isn't Back! Thats all I care about. What a blatant display of Nepotism! It was embarrassing for him and the fans! I feel sorry for him. I would never have done that to my son!
Well, he ages out so will not be back on the ice but I would not be surprised to see him on the bench coaching. With no scholly it is either that or go sell cars. He could teach the players how to score… No, or maybe to play defensively… No, or maybe to hit… No, or maybe how to play without taking foolish penalties late in a tied game… No. Nothing would surprise me with the ownership of this team so don’t we surprised if this happens.
But little brother is on his way!
