Solar Bears Activate Former Vernon Viper Andrusiak From Reserve:

The ECHL Orlando Solar Bears have activated former Vernon Vipers forward Zach

Andrusiak from reserve. Andrusiak was placed on reserve January 22nd 2021.

Andrusiak was suppose to start his second season with the ECHL Idaho Steelheads. The Steelheads re-signed Andrusiak September 10th 2020. The Steelheads announced December 7th 2020 the team has suspended the 2020-21 season under the league's policy for COVID-19. The Steelheads will prepare to return in October for the 2021-22 season.

Andrusiak joined the Solar Bears after signing a contract January 22nd 2021. Andrusiak has one goal in 11 games this year.

Andrusiak played five seasons in the Western Hockey League with Tri-Cities, Seattle, Prince Albert & Everett before signing his first professional contract with the ECHL Isaho Steelheads August 8th 2019.

Andrusiak played with the 2015-16 Vernon Vipers. The Vipers signed Andrusiak October 1st 2015 after being released by the Western Hockey League Tri-City Americans. Andrusiak had two assists in 15 games with the Vipers before being released November 5th 2015.
