The Langley Rivermen have a fan experience survey posted on there website for fans to fill out. It caught my eye, as not only do I think this is a great idea for the Vernon Vipers, but I think all junior hockey teams should be handing these out or be doing something like this to try and better fan/game experience.

I hate to be cynical , but such a survey would likely have little influence on the new owners , as they appear to be intent on driving a once-proud franchise into the ground . Do the Glens really care what fans think ?
Do the Glens care? If not they certainly should. The Vipers are a privately owned business that desperately needs customers & the support of the community in order to be successful. They can not rely on successes of previous years, rather what are they doing for us today. It would be wise of them to listen more to the paying customers or their fan base may erode even more than it has. Agree or not, their big promises, poor decisions and nepotism has given a lot of fans a bad taste.
Put in simple “car business” language... customers who don’t like the dealer or the product will spend their money elsewhere.
Well, here's one item of feedback for them. I'm sure they read this site.
TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. I HAVE TALKED TO, OR TRIED TO, OTHER FANS OVER THE EXCESSIVE VOLUME, AND EVERY FAN HAS SAID THAT THE MUSIC IN THE RINK IS WAY TOO LOUD. And Jason Armstrong trying to rev up the fans before the players come out is so loud that most fans ask each other "what did he say?"
