The 2-7-0-0 Merritt Centennials make there first of three regular season visits to Kal Tire Place, are coming off a 7-1 loss in Penticton Friday at the BCHL Showcase to the Trail Smoke Eaters. Tonight's the first of six regular season meetings vs the Vipers. The Centennials won four of six regular season meetings vs Vernon last season. The Cents don't return to Vernon until December 6th as these two teams meet again Wednesday night in Merritt. The Cents have eight players returning from last year's club. The "Battle of the Titans"... I am predicting a blowout win by the Vipers, like the Canucks/LA game with 14 different players on the score sheet. The players will stop squeezing their sticks, start feeling confident and get on a roll from here on. This team appears to have too much talent to remain goal challenged. Also for McKee or Glen to make a major shakeup will be admitting that they made the wrong choices in putting his team together. Go Vipers Go.
