The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) Humboldt Broncos
have signed former Vernon Vipers forward Blaine Caton.
Caton played last season with the Vipers before being released on September 9th 2015. Caton attended the Vipers Training Camp, played in a few exhibition games was released before the start of the regular season. Caton joined the KIJHL North Okanagan Knights before signing with the Broncos. In 48 games with the Vipers last season Caton picked up (4-goals-4-assists-8-points). Caton has one assist in four games with the Broncos this season. Caton's dad Murray played three seasons (1989-1992) with the Vernon Lakers.

forward Blaine Caton has left the Knights to join the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League’s Humboldt Broncos.
Caton, from Vernon, appeared in eight games with the Knights this season, picking up two goals and four points.
He was a late cut of the BCHL Vernon Vipers.
