Orlando Solar Bears Place Vipers Alumni On Injured Reserve:

The ECHL Orlando Solar Bears have placed former Vernon Vipers forward Zach

Andrusiak on Injured Reserve.

Andrusiak is in his first season with the ECHL Orlando Solar Bears. The Solar Bears signed Andrusiak January 22nd 2021. In 22 games this season, Andrusiak has (1-goal-3-assists-4-points).

Andrusiak was suppose to start the 2020-21 season with the ECHL Idaho Steelheads. This would have been Andrusiak's second season with the Steelheads after re-signing with the team September 10th 2020. The Steelheads announced December 7th 2020 the team has suspended the 2020-21 season under the league's policy for COVID-19. The Steelheads will prepare to return in October for the 2021-22 season.

Andrusiak played five seasons in the Western Hockey League with Tri-Cities, Seattle, Prince Albert & Everett before signing his first professional contract with the ECHL Idaho Steelheads August 8th 2019.

Andrusiak started the 2015-16 season with the Western Hockey League Tri-City Americans before being released. The Vipers signed Andrusiak October 1st 2015. Andrusiak played in 15 games with the Vipers before being released November 5th 2015.
