The Vancouver Giants have dropped F Tyler Ho, 18, from their roster, and he is expected to join the BCHL’s Vernon Vipers. Ho, who is from North Vancouver, had one goal and one assist in 12 games with the Giants this season. . . . Ho was a third-round selection by the Prince George Cougars in the 2015 WHL bantam draft. In 76 regular-season games, he has two goals and 10 assists. Last season, he had one goal and eight assists in 57 games with the Giants.

Another cast-off gone before 2019?
Ho, has been a goal scorer in the past and has played with a good team this year with the vancouver giants who have a ton of talent on there roster, can't keep everybody. I am just hopeing that if he turns out to make a difference this year with the vipers that he doesn't jump ship and go back to the WHL. Although it is getting later in the year and alot of WHL teams are usually settling in with there roster. Will see and hope for the best. Go, Vipers, Go.
Ho hasn't played many games or put up any real numbers with the Vancouver Giants. I wonder what he will bring-add to the Vipers roster? Let's hope he sticks around and doesn't leave after the Giants or another WHL team come calling for him.
I wonder if the ownership of the vipers are pushing Ferner into taking on WHL Players/
I think that these WHL players coming in are the result of last summer's failed recruiting. Remember that Ferner went to training camp without a contract. Recruited players weren't sure who the coach was going to be and didn't even know who the owners would be. The best players went where certainty was on other teams. The Vipers have been struggling to score ever since despite having a lot of returnees. Accept it for this season and hope the new owners realize that this isn't the WHL with their stockpile of drafted and listed players. Junior A is about recruiting.
