Well the Vipers are busy at recruiting and signing players lately as they sign another large D man again today with good stats again like the last D man they signed
Signing a young team. Guessing that is going to change. Can’t imagine them not taking close to the max number of 20 year olds
I really like this signing. Fairbairn is a big kid that has put up some pretty good numbers the past few seasons in the OJHL. You have to wonder why he would sign with the Cobourg Cougars in June and then the Vipers today? I guess the Vipers aren't the only team where a kid signs or commits too and then signs with another team months later. If you remember Eli Sciborski & Jonathan Bitonti had signed with the Vipers earlier this year before signing elsewhere recently. That goes to show you, these player commitments or player signings mean nothing until the kid shows up.
With all these recent player signings, I wonder who if any players from last season will be returning?
I have counted thirteen players from the 2025-26 season that are eligible to return to the Vipers for this coming season. The Vipers have nineteen players they have either acquired in a trade over the summer or committed too or signed for the upcoming season.

It’s the same team he played for last year but team relocated to another city. They all think bchl is a better league. They think it’s a step up. Until they go from getting top minutes to not playing. With ncaa rule change players from other leagues are moving onto the same leagues for post secondary. Most bchl are now committing usport same as the AJHL
