Former Vernon Vipers defenceman Dylan Compton  was recently invited

to the Colorado Avalanche Development Camp.

Compton spent the 2025-26 season at Northeastern University. In 36 games, Compton collected (4-goals-6-assists-10-points).

Prior to committing to  Northeastern University, Compton played parts of two seasons with the United States Hockey League Waterloo Black Hawks.

Compton played one season in Vernon with the 2022-23 Vernon Vipers. Compton committed to the Vipers June 27th 2022 for the 2022-23 season. In 40 games, Compton collected (4-goals-14-assists-18-points). Compton had committed to Northeastern University for the 2023-24 season.
