Former Vipers Goaltender Gee Commits To UBC:

Former Vernon Vipers goaltender Brendan Gee  has committed to the

University of British Columbia Thunderbirds for the 2026-27 season.

Gee split the 2025-26 season with the Alberta Junior Hockey League Fort McMurray Oil Barons & Vernon Vipers. Gee was was named to the AJHL North Division All-League Team.  In 30 games with the Oil Barons, Gee went 19-7-4 with 1 shutout and a 2.89 GAA

Gee split the 2024-25 season with the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League Osoyoos Coyotes and the Western Hockey League Wenatchee Wild.

Gee attended the Vernon Vipers training camp in August 2025. The Vernon Vipers signed Gee September 3rd 2025 Gee was no longer on the teams roster in late October 2025. In 6 games, Gee went 0-3 with a 4.69 GAA
