Bitonti was added to the Vernon Vipers preseason roster September 11th 2025 was released after playing one preseason game.
The Western Hockey League Calgary Hitmen signed Bitonti in September 2024 but has never played a game.

Good size and good stats
Bitonti has pretty good size and has put up some good numbers with the Burnaby Winter Club & Yale Hockey Academy. Sometimes these young kids get recruited, have good stats and just never pan out in junior hockey. Will have to see how he does next season.
After missing the playoffs back to back years, and average to below average teams the previous four or five seasons, the Vipers haven't had a competitive team since going to the league finals in 2019. The Vipers need to assemble a much better and more competitive team and one that will be in the playoffs next season.
