VERNON – Vernon Viper forward Matt Kowalski scored a highlight goal to help the Vipers tie the game up 1-all in the opening minute of the second period against the Salmon Arm Silverbacks. Logan Cash would give the Snakes a 2-1 victory with his shoot-out winner.
