The 10-3-1-0 Trail Smoke Eaters are coming off a 4-1 victory over the visiting Cowichan Capitals Friday. This is the second meeting of the season, after the Vipers defeated Trail in exhibition 5-3 September 2nd in Vernon. The Vipers eliminated the Smoke Eaters in the second round of the BCHL playoffs last year. Today is the final game of a three game home stand, where the Smoke Eaters are 5-1-1-0 at the Cominco Arena.
