Alan Caldwell over at small thoughts at large (WHL Blog) has posted every Western Hockey League team's 2015-16 prospects list. This only include players who were not WHL regulars last year. If a kid played more than 20-30 games or so in the WHL last year, he's not on these lists.The WHL Regina Pats have Vernon Vipers forward Liam Finlay as one of fourty one players listed on their 2015-16 prospects list.
Finlay is in his second season with the Vipers. The Penticton Vees traded Finlay to Vernon on October 28th 2014 for future considerations. In 32 games this season Finlay has (11-goals-19-assists-30-points).
