Alan Caldwell over at small thoughts at large (WHL Blog) has posted every Western Hockey League team's 2015-16 prospects list. This only include players who were not WHL regulars last year. If a kid played more than 20-30 games or so in the WHL last year, he's not on these lists.
The WHL Portland Winterhawks have former Vernon Vipers defenceman Dylan Chanter & former Vernon Vipers forward Luke Voltin as two of sixty players listed on their 2015-16 prospects list.
Chanter is in his second season at the University of New Hampshire played parts of one season in Vernon (2013-14) after acquiring his rights from the Merritt Centennials on January 3rd 2014 for Jason Bird & future considerations (Logan Mick). Chanter went pointless in 19 games with the Vipers. Chanter has one assist in four games this season with New Hampshire.

Voltin is playing with his second team this season after being traded to Penticton from Langley on October 10th 2015. Voltin played last season in Vernon before asking for a trade over the summer. The Vipers traded Voltin to Langley on August 27th 2015 for future considerations. In 44 games with the Vipers last season Voltin had (10-goals-16-assists-26-points). In 33 games this year with the Vees Voltin has (4-goals-12-assists-16-points).
