Bydal was also recently named to the All-Midwest Division team & named All-Divisions Rookies of the Year as well as one of three players up for the North American Hockey League Most Valuable Player.

Bydal recently finished his first season with the Anchorage Wolverines, finished 4th in regular season league scoring. Bydal signed a tender agreement with the Wolverines May 23rd 2025. In 58 regular season games, Bydal collected (43-goals-40-assists-83-points). In 4 playoff games, Bydal collected (3-goals-0-assists-3-points).
Bydal has committed to Long Island University for the 2026-27 season.
Bydal split the 2024-25 season with the North American Hockey League Minot Minotauros, North American Hockey League Colorado Grit and the Vernon Vipers. The Vernon Vipers signed Bydal January 23rd 2025. In 17 games with the Vernon Vipers, Bydal collected (5-goals-4-assists-9-points).
