Former Vernon Vipers forward Brody Dale and his brother Brayden are playing their first season of pro hockey for Eisadler Dortmund in Germany’s Regionalliga.

Dale brothers thriving with Eisadler Dortmund | Kelowna Chiefs
Eisadler Dortmund is a professional ice hockey team based in Dortmund, Germany. The team was founded in 2009 and has since become a prominent force in the German ice hockey league.
Dale played the past three seasons at Portage College before signing his first professional contract with Eisadler Dortmund in 2023.
Dale played parts of four seasons with the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League Kelowna Chiefs, Manitoba Junior Hockey League OCN Blizzard, BCHL Vernon Vipers & Alberta Junior Hockey League Grande Prairie Storm from 2015-2019.
Dale started the 2016-17 season with the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League Kelowna Chiefs, played eight games as an "AP" affiliated player with the 2016-17 Vernon Vipers before signing with the Vipers January 10th 2017. Dale finished the 2016-17 season with the Vipers, went pointless in 25 games. Dale was one of thirteen Vipers returning in 2017, was cut-released after training camp in August 2017 returned to the Kelowna Chiefs for the 2017-18 season.
