Former Vernon Vipers goaltender Johnny Derrick was named the BCHL's 3rd

Star of the Week.

Derrick is in his third season with the West Kelowna Warriors. In 37 regular season games this year, Derrick went 24-11 with a 3.02 GAA

Derrick & the Warriors are in the 2nd round of the BCHL playoffs and lead the Salmon Arm Silverbacks 3-0 in the best of seven series.

Derrick attended the Vernon Vipers spring camp and training camp in 2017 & 2018 was an affiliated player with the 2018-19 Vernon Vipers. Derrick committed too the West Kelowna Warriors in September 2019.
