Former Vernon Viper Ho Named Recipient Of Shaw Scholarship Program:

The BC Hockey League announced former Vernon Vipers forward Tyler Ho as

one of five winners of the Shaw BCHL Scholarship Program for the 2020-21 season.

Ho played the past two seasons in the BCHL with the Penticton Vees. In 19 games during the pod season last year, Ho collected (7-goals-6-assists-13-points).

Ho started the 2018-19 season with the Western Hockey League Saskatoon Blades. Ho went pointless in four games with the Blades before being released. The Penticton Vees acquired Ho's Junior A playing rights from the Central Canada Hockey League Kanata Lasers October 23rd 2019.

Ho has committed to Lakehead University for the 2021-22 season.

Ho played parts of two seasons in the Western Hockey League (2016-2018) with the Vancouver Giants before signing with the Vernon Vipers November 30th 2018. In 30 games with the Vipers, Ho collected (3-goals-9-assists-12-points). The Vipers traded Tyler Ho, Will Dow-Kenny, Coleton Bilodeau & future considerations June 26th 2019 to the Central Canada Hockey League Kanata Lasers for Connor Sleeth.
