It's amazing the players/talent Fred Harbinson attracts to the Vees year after year. It also amazes me all the kids he recruits that fathers once played in the NHL. Jackson Nieuwendyk the son of former NHLer Joe Nieuwendyk has committed to the Vees for the 2021-22 season. The list of former NHL sons that play in Penticton is unreal. Once again Fred Harbinson and the Vees have recruited some very talented and skilled kids and once again will be very competitive and near the top of the standings.
