I realize the board of governors have given there approval to move in this direction but I have to say I'm disappointed. I was in hope of our leaving our current hockey leaque and forming a new one with new rules which would have a return to the old laker hockey days to where a fan could get exciting and energized when a good old fashioned fight or brawl would take place to where a player would put some energy back with a fight for his team or a brawl when a injustice had taken place towards there team. I have to say we might as well say we no longer play good old canadian hockey as we might as well call our self team europe. The hockey now reminds me of a bunch fiqure skaters making pretty moves on the ice. The more rules placed on hockey players in regards our hockey players not fighting makes for boring hockey and less emotion shown for the player and fan. Fighting always was a part of hockey but not anymore and in conclusion thats to bad. Those are my thoughts and I am sure thousands of vernon fans would probably agree. All I can say it is to bad and rather sad.
