I just finished watching the interview with former Vipers captain Chris Crowell. A great interview, that brings back a lot of memories. Man has it already been ten years since Chris Crowell and the Vipers won the Royal Bank Cup? Time sure flies by! I noticed for the first time this broadcast/video wasn't the greatest as lots of technical difficulties through out the interview. I think it's funny how former players don't remember certain things from there playing days. Chris couldn't remember what place the Vipers finished in certain years or who they played in the playoffs etc but remembered other things instead. Being a fan and a diehard fan, I must have a great memory as I can remember, teams, players, records, stats etc from many moons ago and tell you all about different things from the Lakers/Vipers. I guess it's different being a player and living the moment on the ice and not in the stands as a fan. One thing I noticed they didn't talk about and I'm disappointed they didn't, was the Vipers retiring Crowell's jersey. I love these video's/interviews and looking forward to next week. Thanks again to the Vipers, Graham Turnbull and Chris Crowell for doing this video/interview and bringing back some great memories.
