McMullin scores his second goal of the game at 5:00 of double overtime, giving the Vernon Vipers a 3-2 double overtime victory over the Surrey Eagles in game 3 of the BCHL League Finals in front of 1,755 fans at the Civic Arena. Jon Olthuis made 45 saves in the win, while Michael-Lee Teslak made 40 saves in the loss. With the win, Vernon cuts Surrey's series lead to 2-1 as the Eagles would eventually win the best of seven series 4 games to 1 and advance to the Doyle Cup.
