Komets Activate Vipers Alumni Jones From Reserve:

The ECHL Fort Wayne Komets have activated former Vernon Vipers forward Kellen

Jones from reserve.

Jones is in his first season with the ECHL Fort Wayne Komets. In 54 games, Jones has (10-goals-31-assists-41-points).

Jones played last season in Sweden with Vasterviks, IK a professional hockey team from Vastervik, Sweden. The ECHL Fort Wayne Komets signed Jones August 30th 2021.

Jones played four years at Quinnipiac University from 2010-2014 before signing his first professional contract with the American Hockey League Oklahoma City Barons April 3rd 2014.

Jones played in the ECHL & American Hockey League from 2014-2018 before playing hockey in Sweden in 2018.

Jones played three seasons in Vernon from 2007-2010. In 154 games with the Vipers, Jones collected (39-goals-134-assists-173-points).

Jones is listed 13th on Vernon junior hockey's all-time points list with 173 and listed 4th on Vernon junior hockey's all-time assists list with 134
