Wichita's Buitenhuis named Warrior Hockey/ECHL Goaltender of the Week
Shortridge is in his second season with the ECHL Kansas City Mavericks. The American Hockey League Stockton Heat assigned Shortridge to Kansas City August 30th 2021. Shortridge split last season with the American Hockey League Stockton Heat and the ECHL Kansas City Mavericks.
Shortridge played three seasons at Quinnipiac University from 2016-2019 before signing his first professional contract with the San Jose Sharks April 3rd 2019 and an amateur contract with the American Hockey League San Jose Barracuda April 3rd 2019. Shortridge split the 2019-20 season with the ECHL Allen Americans & American Hockey League San Jose Barracuda signed a two-way AHL/ECHL contract with the American Hockey League Stockton Heat December 5th 2020.
Shortridge played one season in Vernon with the 2015-16 Vernon Vipers. In 44 games with the Vipers, Shortridge went 19-25 with 2 shutouts and a 3.15 GAA
