Former Vernon Vipers defenceman Trey Taylor was named the USHL

Defenceman of the Week.

2021-22 USHL Players of the Week - Week 2

Taylor is in his first season with the United States Hockey League Youngstown Phantoms. In 15 games this season, Taylor has (2-goals-7-assists-9-points).

The Phantoms selected Taylor 31st overall May 28th 2021 in Round 3 in Phase 2 of the Unites States Hockey League Draft.

Taylor played the previous three seasons in Vernon with the Vipers from 2018-2021. In 125 games with the Vipers, Taylor collected (8-goals-32-assists-40-points). 

Taylor has committed to Clarkson University for the 2022-23 season.
