Well it's about time the Vipers make a few moves! Long overdue!

I like this deal. The Vipers bring in some size and a veteran defenceman that can put up points. In the trade from yesterday and today's trade the Vipers get a little younger and add some size.

Talan Zakall is a veteran 19 yr old d-man with some size that can also produce offensively. Luke Lavery is kind of the unknown. He only played in three games with Nanaimo this season, is only 17 but has some size.

The Vipers trade Nicholas Remissong who I don't think played up to his potential and hasn't done much this year as a second year forward. Braden Smith never really stood out in his short time with the Snakes and Desmond Johnson I thought was a good skater and puck moving d-man but wasn't producing points.

Vernon is struggling and has all season. The Vipers should have shaken up this team several weeks ago. Let's see what these three new players bring to the lineup and how well they do.

I'm hoping the three new players will be in the lineup tomorrow vs West Kelowna.

There's still a few more players I haven't been impressed with that need to go! Will seee if there's anymore trades this week.
