The Vernon Vipers would score seven second period goals and the next nine straight goals to come away with the 10-5 victory in Salmon Arm in front of 1,290 fans at the Shaw Centre. Vernon Vipers forward Odeen Tufto lead the Vipers scoring with five points (3 goals & 2 assists). Salmon Arm outshot Vernon 34-30 Brendan Barry made 29 saves in the win, while Angus Redman & Brandon Kegler combined for 20 saves in the loss.
