Loyalty, its a big word. I say that because the owners of the vernon vipers started out with that in regards to our Coach Jason Mckee. But I must say his communciation skills to his players have not produced. Jason has had enough time to make a difference. It has not happened and from what I see well it not be happening. Also the scouting staff for our team hasn't produced. Why you might add , well to be clear products from the pacfic northwest produce and from the east well need I say more forget it. Product from the east is nothing more than a failure , its a different leaque. So one might say how do I fix this? We perhaps might look to the January 01 cut off with the Western hockey league and look at some proven goal scorers that have been cut and have them join our team. Because other than Kowalski we have NO PROVEN GOAL SCORERS. Sorry but it is what it is.

For once I totally agree with Bingo! McKee doesnt have what it takes to motivate this team! It seems there is no respect there from the players!
