Zalewski scored at 8:00 of overtime giving the Vernon Vipers a 5-4 overtime victory over the Powell River Kings in front of 2466 fans at Wesbild Centre. Kirby Halcrow made 30 saves in the win, while Michael Garteig made 32 saves in the loss in Game 4 of the BCHL League Championship Finals. Vernon won the best of seven series 4-0.
