With the 2020-21 BCHL regular season on hold, the BC Hockey League will be putting more work into a plan aimed at getting 17 teams into a bubble in Penticton.

I believe there’s zero chance the health authorities approve this. Dr. Henry refused the nhl bubble when the case counts were low and they have money, the bchl does not
