The 9-1-0-0 defending Interior Division regular season Champion Penticton Vees make there second and final pre-season visits to Kal Tire Place, are coming off a 4-2 loss October 24th in Salmon Arm. Tonight's the first game of a home & home series vs the Vipers as both teams finish the Okanagan Cup round robin play. The last time the Vees were in Vernon, Penticton come away with a 4-1 victory on October 10th. The Vees are 2-0 vs Vernon this year have only one loss at the Okanagan Cup. Jack Glen has been moved from the Reserve Roster to the Active Roster and is a possible for the Vernon - Penticton series this weekend.

My Warriors are in a similar situation as your team reading these comments lately- we have added a few WHL'ers as well, most notably Jack Finley from Vernon. I would have to agree with most of the posters that I find this kind of unfair to the rest of the team and players wanting to get ice time.
That being said, if we can take both games from the Gorillas this weekend, we could be in good shape in the OK Cup standings.
I can relate to a couple 'anonymous' posters who seem hell bent on taking all their frustrations out on management and owners.....my team has been through the wringer with that....but something to maybe keep in mind....owners are hard to come by....sometimes you have to take what you can get. Be grateful you have a team to ice and watch, even under these horrible conditions.

Not gonna lie....nothing would make me happier than seeing Penticton being humbled. I predict Vernon will take one of the games over the Vees this weekend in overtime.

Love this Uncle Ben guy. I will have to correct him on the subject of ownership. There were a few offers to purchase the Vipers. Apparently these jokers overpaid to the tune of $500,000. We no longer have to worry anymore Vipers fans our hero Jack Glen has returned to save the day!!!
