Landon Fuller vs Powell Connor – Fights are pretty rare in Junior hockey these days but last night in the BCHL Vernon defenceman Landon Fuller dropped the gloves with Trail’s blueliner Powell Connor midway thru the 3rd period. Could almost be considered a heavy weight battle as Conner comes in at 6-foot-3 and 188 lbs while Fuller is listed as 6-foot-5 and 225 lbs.
Connor who is actually hails from Vernon held his own against the bigger Fuller who has ‘worked over’ a few guys in his BCHL career! Good scrap – lots of respect on the ice – and everyone walked away no worse for wear. Connor has already line
