The Vernon Vipers visit Royal Le Page Place for the third and final time this season are coming off a 5-0 win last night over the visiting Trail Smoke Eaters.  Tonight is the first game of a two game road trip.  Vernon's last win away from home was a 3-2 win in Cowichan Valley on December 7th.  The Vipers play four of their next five games away from home.  With the win over Trail the Vipers snapped a three game winless streak have won twice in their last five games and are 4-4-1-1 in their last ten games.  The Vipers have just four wins in their last twelve games.  Vernon sits in 3rd place are five points back of 2nd place West Kelowna and are four points up on 5th place Merritt and three points up on 4th place Salmon Arm.  The Vipers have lost eight straight games at Royal Le Page Place and have just two wins in their last ten games in West Kelowna. The West Kelowna Warriors are coming off a 2-1 double overtime loss in Merritt Friday night.  The loss snaps the Warriors nine game unbeaten streak.  Friday's loss was West Kelowna's first and only loss in the month of January.  West Kelowna is 7-0-2-1 in their last ten games have won three of their last five games and have atleast a point in thirteen straight games.  West Kelowna sits in 2nd place are just two points back of Division leading Penticton and are five points up on 3rd place Vernon.  The Warriors have won eight straight at home over the Vipers.
