BCHL Showcase: (Game Preview) Season Opener: Vernon @ Penticton:

Today is the second day of the BCHL Showcase as the 51st BCHL 2012-13 regular season opened up yesterday in Chilliwack.  Today is the Vipers first game of the regular season after coming off a 2-1-2 pre-season record.  The Vipers faceoff this afternoon against the defending Royal Bank Cup Champion Penticton Vees who are coming off a 1-1 pre-season.  The Vees started off the 2012-13 regular season with a 2-1 victory over the hometown Chilliwack Chiefs last night in Chilliwack.  You can listen to today's game live with Todd Miller and Don Klepp starting with the pre-game show at 3:15pm on 107.5 Kiss FM
