Walchuk Brings Experience & Scoring:

The Vipers got huge news over the weekend with the return of 19 yr old forward, Dylan Walchuk. Walchuk now with Ben Gamache, Darren Nowick & Mike Zalewski give the Vipers some scoring more then just the one line Vernon had to start the season with. Walchuk also brings experience and a little more veteran leadership to a Vipers club that was lacking that flavor to start the season.

Gamache who seem's to be slowly coming on the last few games and now with the addition of Walchuk add some much needed offence to the Vipers lineup.

Walchuk who was the Vipers leading scorer last season already showed in Sunday's 6-3 victory over the visiting Chilliwack Chiefs how much of a threat-impact he brings to the Vipers and makes them a better-stronger hockey club.

The Vipers who didnt have to give up anything in return for Walchuk look to have the veteran forward for next season as well. A huge pick up for the Vipers who once get Patrick McGillis and Luke Juha back in the lineup will have to trade atleast two players to get their lineup down to 21 players. With the return of McGillis and Juha the Vipers will be a much better-stronger hockey club.
