Looks like our friend Matt Cooke is not finished making changes to this team
Gibson has been out of the lineup with an injury for a lot of the season, has only played in 19 games this year. Gibson was one of six players returning from last season, was the only player remaining on the team from last season. Gibson showed signs of promise at times last season, never really got much of a chance this season due to a lengthy injury that has kept him out a lot of the season. I wonder why the Vipers didn't mention this trade?
I wonder why Surrey would make this trade? The Eagles won't be in the playoffs and Gibson who is still currently injured is heading to University next season. Best of luck in your hockey futures Koji
