Reimer is an unrestricted free agent split the 2024-25 season with the Buffalo Sabres and Anaheim Ducks. Reimer was drafted 99th overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2006 has played with Florida, San Jose, Buffalo, Toronto, Anaheim, Carolina and Detroit.

This is awesome! Bringing in a guy like Matt Cooke & Ryan Hollweg this year, will have these kinds of connections with NHL players. Bringing in a veteran goaltender like Reimer not only for a month to help teach and give his advice to the Vipers will go a long way with these young kids. Kanat and Jugnauth are very lucky to have a veteran NHL goaltender tutor them during practice. What an experience.
