Ya but, what happened to Allaby?

Getting close to the deadline hopefully Cooke keeps that in mind. Vernon has a history of releasing at the deadline limiting players options

Ya but, when is the deadline?

Bjork has some size and in his second season in the BCHL, put up 9 pts last season with the Bulldogs, will bring in some experience and size to the Vipers blueline that hasn't looked that great this season. Chiovetti is also in his second season in the league, put up 18 pts with the Bulldogs last season and 71 pts the previous season at St. Andrews College. Hoping we get to see both play this weekend and see what they bring to the Vipers lineup.

I'd like to know what this Player Development Fees is? This is a new term teams are using this season regarding trades. I have never heard any team use this wording before in trades. It was always "future considerations"

Here are a couple of links, one from the league which says they will get away from Player Development Fees and another from HockeyBC which states the levels of the fees. It's from 2023 and there is a highlighted section that talks about elimination of the fees by 2025.

Ya but, in the case of the BCHL they are talking about pay to play fees not development fees, I think!

Aside from a few skilled players. Cooke has made some interesting roster choices.

There is NO roster freeze on Sept 30 Bob !!

Why so angry C booby - they’ve referred to it a roster freeze in the past due to hockey Canada’s deadline being sept 30 for playing in unsanctioned leagues
