I like this signing and like the looks of Lessard. I think the Vipers needed to do some kind of move with the team struggling. Vernon has lost five of their last six games and lost seven of their last ten games. The Vipers bring in a veteran 19 yr old defenceman without having to make a trade/give up anyone in return. Lessard isn't the biggest kid but has put up good numbers this season in Cornwall. With Jordin Palmer and Noah Dorey out with injuries, the Vipers could use a veteran d-man.
9 d man now . Tells me Dorey injury may be significant. This coach is also not overly Confident in Palmer and Burrett come playoff time .
