The Dallas Stars have invited former Vernon Vipers defenceman Cooper Watson to their development camp.
Watson will be entering his second season this year with the Michigan Tech Huskies. Watson played one season in Vernon (2016-17) The Vipers signed Watson September 22nd 2016. In 45 regular season games with the Vipers Watson picked up (3-goals-16-assists-19-points).

Stars announce final Development Camp roster, schedule

The Dallas Stars announced today the final roster and schedule for the club's 2018 Development Camp. The camp features 32 players, including 20 forwards, eight defensemen and four goaltenders. All eight of the team's draft selections from the 2018 NHL Draft, which was held at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, will be in attendance.
The team's annual Development Camp, which is free and open to the public, will run from Monday, June 25 to Friday, June 29 at StarCenter Frisco (2601 Avenue of the Stars, Frisco, Texas 75034).
