Gordon committed to UBC for the 2010-11 season, played in just one game before leaving UBC committed to Simon Fraser University the following season. Gordon was in his third year playing hockey at Simon Fraser University before leaving SFU. It looks like Gordon has retired from hockey and is now attending BCIT taking the Radio Arts & Entertainment program in Vancouver, working-learning at Evolution 107.9 FM a BCIT Radio station.
Gordon played parts of two seasons in Vernon (2008-2010). The Vipers traded Matt Cumming & future considerations on October, 8th 2008 to the Merritt Centennials for Gordon. In 60 regular season games with the Vipers Gordon collected 44 wins, 13 losses & 3 shutouts.
