This is a six part documentary following the six time National Champion Vernon Vipers as they prepare for the 2011-12 BCHL Season. Hockeytube.net follows the team thru training camp, the blue and white scrimmage game, exhibition season and finally the BCHL Showcase in Chilliwack.
Building A Champion: Episode 6 ‘The Showcase’ follows the Six Time National Champion Vernon Vipers as they head to Chilliwack to participate in the first ever British Columbia Hockey League Showcase. With hundreds of scouts in attendance, the Vipers prepare for a showdown with their arch rivals the Penticton Vees who are the defending RBC Champions. As scouts look on the Vipers and Vees battle on Chief’s ice to open the 2012-13 season.

We’re now considering doing a follow-up series but will take some time to see how this series is viewed by the public…and if there’s an appetite for more features like this.
