Heidecker has some size and is only 17 yrs old. Looks like he put up some pretty good numbers the last couple of seasons, but being drafted by the Tri-City Americans, how long will he stay here until he bolts to the Western Hockey League?
Why haven't the Vipers said anything? The Vipers social media is terrible. Fans are left in the dark regarding the team/roster at times. How many players have been removed from the roster and no mention from the Vipers. I have had to do the research myself and find out that the player is now on another team, playing in another league. Some players were removed from the roster this season and nothing was said at all or not said for over a week or two.
its called being transparent and engaging the fans which, the Vipers no nothing about!!!
This league has a huge problem in that ncaa scouts will now almost exclusively (esp the top hockey schools) focus on chl players. With penticton and eventually Chilliwack leaving, having a poorly run organization like the vipers do right now will not bode well for the future. Good players will not come here.
