All these recent trades were expected. The cycle continues.

Today is the deadline lol.

Not sure how this trade helps the team at all for the future either as both these players are commited to schools starting next year.

This just a team waving the white flag of surrender for the season. They aren't making the playoffs so they've moved a couple of players who are in their final year and given them a shot at playing some playoff games. And since neither has a scholarship for next season, it keeps that alive also.

Cant see this being good for the team at all!

Hard to believe they’ve had a complete change of heart and are now concerned about the players and their futures. Laughable!

And it brings in some players who might be here next season.

Except they are both commited to schools next year based off their elite prospects pages

I'm glad the Vipers have done the right move and traded away a 20 yr old on what looks like a non playoff team, but both players in return according to their profiles, will be attending University next season. So other then unloading a 20 yr old and giving him a chance to play in the playoffs, bring someone back who will be an asset and return next season. Both Revenig and Munroe look to be going to University next season. Maybe the Vipers know something we don't? Maybe these two kids won't be going to school next season and both will return to Vernon?

Stojkov was brought in with a lot of hype but other then a game here or a game their, he was just your average defenceman. He sure didn't stand out on a nightly basis for myself.

Revenig isn't that big and has only played 10 games in the BCHL this season. Prior to joining the Crusaders, Revenig played last season and this season with the USHL Fargo Force. Six pts in 71 games with the Force? Yikes. What kind of a defenceman are we expecting to get with Revenig?

Munroe is another kid with not a lot of size, and has only played 5 games in the BCHL with Sherwood Park. Munroe spent last season and the start of this season with the USHL Youngstown Phantoms. 6 pts in 31 games? Hmmmm I wonder what Munroe is brining to the Vipers? Doesn't sound like much.

The Vipers must love their Americans, both of these kids are from the States and the Vipers roster has had a ton of US born kids this season.

Don’t delude yourself that anyone here at years end will want to come back. If you only knew half the stuff that goes on behind the scenes it would blow your mind. Just complete and utter incompetence.

…and you know what happens behind the scenes?

I can’t imagine they’d be able to get any local quality kids with the way they treat people and how word gets out. Anyone who has any clue on how this team is run would never sign here and that’s a shame.

Totally accurate. Players were still coming here based on the foundation that Duncan Wray had established. Unfortunately the Vipers organization has gone from the Penthouse to the Outhouse in 6yrs
