Brockville The Darkhorse?

I attended yesterday's Brockville-Oakville game as Brockville defeated Oakville 11-2 in a very one sided game. Oakville who lost in Day 1 of the RBC Cup 3-2 in Overtime to La Ronge drops to 0-2. Oakville got off to a good start and seemed to carry the play in the opening five or so minutes before getting into penalty trouble. From here on in it was all Brockville as the Braves looked very impressive through out the hockey game. Oakville took alot of penalties and couldnt stay out of the penalty box. I was very surprised to see the Blades leave Mike Morissette in for all 11 goals. The Braves have a very leathal powerplay, move the puck well and can play physical. They have a nice breakout and some real nice setup plays down low that they converted on goals. On the other side I didnt really see much in the Blades. I was travelling to Dauphin Saturday afternoon, so didnt get a chance at catching the Blades-Ice Wolves game. But from what I saw yesterday, I wasnt too impressed the Oakville. Vernon's next game is tomorrow afternoon 2pm vs Oakville. The game Im really looking forward to is tonight when the host Dauphin Kings (1-0)faceoff against the (1-0) Brockville Braves. I think the Braves will give the Kings a good run tonight, in wich should be a very entertaining game. The Vipers will face Brockville Wednesday afternoon 2pm.
