Former Viper Gore Picks Up 1st Career WHL Shutout:


Goaltender Lucas Gore stopped all 31 shots that were fired his way to lead the Chilliwack Bruins to a 1-0 victory over the Lethbridge Hurricanes in Lethbridge Wednesday night. It was Gore's first Western Hockey League shutout. Gore lowered his goals against average from 6.91 to 4.73

The Bruins (3-5-0-2) have now earned points in each of their last four games and maintain their fourth place position in the BC Division, now four points up on the fifth place Prince George Cougars.
